We’ve had a really great run so far this spring and hopefully the weather will continue to favor us! With each barrel we are getting closer to our goals for the year and despite the long boils we are having fun here on the Ridge; friends and family have stopped in to visit, we dug out the old albums to share the history of our Sugaring operation, and the next generation is stepping up to the plate to take on larger roles in the sugar house!
